Rates & Timing

We ship every Tuesday and Thursday from our Hudson Valley studio. Orders placed before noon ET on shipping days will go out the same day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Packaging

Every order is packed by hand in recycled kraft materials with no plastic. Your candles are cradled in shredded kraft paper — please recycle or compost when finished.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it's been more than five business days and your package hasn't moved, email hello@emberandwick.com — we'll sort it out.
